Once you have placed your order, we will be notified, and the same or next working day, will post out an ashes collection kit for you, comprising of,

~ Clear bag/s to store the ashes - 1 level teaspoon per 2 items ordered

~ A return, addressed, padded envelope

~ A leaflet guide to collecting and sending the ashes back to us

  Collecting and posting Inclusions

• Gently move the ashes container from side to side, this will bring some of the larger ashes to the top

• Take one level teaspoon of ashes from the top

• Carefully place the ashes from the spoon into the clear bag provided and ensured it is sealed fully

• Place the clear bag containing the ashes into the ready-addressed return padded bubble envelope provided, and also any other inclusions for your ordered items, such as hair or sand

• We highly recommend you use a tracked service, such as Royal Mail Signed For, to post the ashes back to us

• We will confirm to you once we have received the return envelope, and are starting to craft your order

  When will I receive my Order?

• Orders will usually be completed within 4 weeks, though at certain busy times of year this can sometimes be longer. If you have ordered a ring, please allow an additional 2 weeks for our suppliers to provide this.

 How will my Order be posted?

• All orders are sent out via Royal Mail's click and collect service, which is trackable. We will notify you once your order has been posted, and provide you with Tracking details.

  What will my Order look like?

• Your Keepsakes will be as unique as your loved one, handcrafted with care and respect, and presented in an elegant jewelry box or supplied in a soft pouch.

• Our Keepsakes are made with two-part epoxy resin.  When two parts are mixed together, air bubbles are created.  We strive to minimize these as much as possible, but it is impossible to completely eliminate air bubbles.

• Please consider that handmade items can showcase unique characteristics such as very slight variations in colour, texture, or shape. Our beautiful Keepsakes go through a rigorous quality control process before they are sent out to you. Any imperfections tend to be very minor, we believe they add to the character and uniqueness of each specially made piece, and would not be a consideration for authorising a refund.
